GIVEAWAY RULES
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Architect Owl's ArcKit A90 Giveaway ($99.99) Value!) One (1) item will be given away. Sweepstakes Official Rules And Regulations is open to all legal residents of the United States, age 16 years or older. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these official rules (“Official Rules”), subscribe to Architect OWL’s monthly eNewsletter communication, and understand that they and/or their Submissions (as defined below) may appear in internet and/or print media coverage associated with the Giveaway or Sponsor.
2. How to Enter: Beginning at 12:00:00 am Eastern Time (“EST”) on December 12, 2016 and ending at 11:59:59 pm EST on December 31, 2016 (the “Giveaway Period”), visits this post to provide name and email address and check the understanding of agreement. Limit one entry per person and one prize per giveaway period. Architect OWL reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. 3. Random Drawing: Drawing will be conducted on January 1, 2017. Entries must be received during the giveaway period to be eligible for prize. Random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The random drawing will be conducted by Architect OWL whose decisions are final on all matters relating related to this Giveaway.

Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. The Winner is responsible for providing a valid address to ship prize to.
5. GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS: By entering this Sweepstakes and/or accepting the prizes, participants grant Architect OWL & Sponsor and its designees the right, unless prohibited by law, to use their names, cities and states of residences, pictures and likenesses, without compensation, notification or approval, for the purpose of advertising, promotional and other purposes, in any manner or medium, now or hereafter known, throughout the universe in perpetuity.
At Sponsor’s discretion, a runner-up will be declared the potential Winner based on the following criteria. If: (i) any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, (ii) a potential Winner declines his or her prize; or (iii) a potential Winner fails to comply with any of the Official Rules as outlined herein, he/she will be disqualified and, at Architect OWL’s discretion, and a new Winner will be drawn at random.
